Fhios Group is a company offering a variety of services like marketing research and creative digital solutions for finding remedial actions to usability issues with online applications to improve the overall experience of users. The mode of conduction of studies is through focus groups, mystery visits and usability tests.

Usability testing is done one-on-one in controlled environments with participants performing tasks as per the set script. Mystery visits are online usability tests with many participants.

The studies are conducted with the help of respondents who represent the proto-typical users ranging from complete novice to experts. Duration of the studies is usually 30 minutes to 2 hours. For usability tests and study groups the incentive is 50 Pounds per study paid immediately after the completion of the study through cheque. For mystery visits the incentives is 20 Pounds per study paid by cheque seven days after the close of the study.
